A team
in a communal flat

The museum to yourselves, a play at a shared table or a dinner with wine — for your company only, up to 23 guests. A genuine communal flat on Rubinstein Street: people here learnt to get along together long before anyone called it team-building.
Private visit and dinner — no prepayment · organisations — payment by invoice · or call: +7 931 109-12-35
«We were allowed to look at and touch everything in the flats, even play the piano — and they wound up the gramophone for us too. A group of 10: everyone could see and hear, and it was not cramped».
What people come here for
People come here when they are looking for somewhere to hold a corporate evening in St Petersburg with a small team, somewhere to celebrate a birthday with a group of grown-ups, or somewhere to bring partners — without a banquet hall, a master of ceremonies or a shared party. The flat seats up to 23 guests. If there are fifty of you, it is fairer to say straight away: it will be a squeeze.
A corporate evening. Instead of a shared party at a restaurant — a closed flat: the museum shuts for everyone but you, or the company plays a performance in the writer’s room. There is no need to look for the venue, the programme and the table separately: one request, one estimate. In the morning before opening or in the evening after closing.
A birthday with your own people. A grown-up birthday at a museum is not a children’s quest: a private visit for a company of up to six guests, an evening around the common table, or a dinner with a wine set for a small circle. Say in your request that the occasion is a birthday, and the keeper will allow for it in the programme.
A meeting with partners. The literary dinner: a private tour of flat no. 34, a short walk through the courtyards and three glasses with the chef’s snacks. The conversation you have been putting off goes more easily at a table than in a meeting room.
One flat — four evenings and a telegram
